Campaign ManagerThe Campaign Manager is in charge of planning and delivering campaigns for a designated client. This position is both strategic and tactical in scope, requiring the Campaign Manager to independently generate strategic insights for the campaigns in their portfolio and implement campaigns with the support of Campaign Specialists. Campaign Managers train Campaign Specialists on client specific requirements, providing expertise in optimization strategies and guidance on best practices related to client communication.The ideal candidate will have prior online trafficking and social platform campaign management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and prior experience with active campaign optimization. Campaign Managers must possess a strong inner drive to contribute.ResponsibilitiesEffectively communicate digital strategies and rational for tactical approaches for each campaignComplete, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programs for agency clients (e.g.

auction based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns) while meeting or surpassing client performance expectationsLead campaign setup from beginning tactical stages to ensure timely launchesDevelop, grow, and maintain relationships with internal and external collaborators through exceptional client serviceFormulate proposals for new client opportunitiesLead the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launchPartner with Analytics team on campaign measurement reporting and insights generationProvide regular insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunitiesWork with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementationTroubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaignsSupervise campaign QA processProvide monthly auditing reports to Agency partners and actualize bill/pay systems when applicableLead and assist in coaching, managing, and educating Campaign Specialists, helping to support campaignsAttend client meetings, as neededParticipate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performanceQualificationsBachelor's DegreeMust have 1 year of experience in social campaign management/optimization, or digital media operationsUnderstanding of key social platform (i.e. Meta, TikTok) paid media activation capabilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office solutionsStrong analytical thinking and mathematical skillsExcellent communication and writing skillsStrong project management skillsStrong desire to contribute to a teamAdditional InformationOur Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.

Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
