Campaign Fundraising Manager

To support the Dare to Dream Days campaign, the temporary full-time Campaign Fundraising Manager will drive fundraising growth, participant recruitment, and volunteer engagement while working remotely for a 35-week assignment starting mid-October. Key responsibilities Drive peer-to-peer fundraising growth and execute strategies to achieve revenue and participant recruitment goals Develop and manage relationships with fundraisers, providing support and resources to enhance engagement and performance Assist in recruiting and managing volunteers throughout the campaign lifecycle to maximize engagement and retention Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, communications, or event planning Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems Familiarity with digital, social media, and emerging online platforms Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively Comfortability with cold calling and engaging potential fundraisers
