To support the vision and funding of campaigns, the full-time remote Campaign Director will develop and manage the campaign case, oversee funding operations, and coordinate donor engagement strategies. Key responsibilities Ensure the campaign case is complete, including budget and gift plans, while collaborating with the Communications department Oversee campaign operations by developing budgets, managing donor strategies, and setting campaign timelines and targets Lead the recruitment and management of committees and volunteers to support campaign activities and donor events Required qualifications BA degree preferred Experience as a volunteer or staff member of Young Life is preferred Proven ability to manage donor relationships and follow-through effectively Demonstrated proficiency in budget development and management Ability to work collaboratively with team members and major donors
