To support personalized marketing initiatives, the full-time Campaign Developer will build customer audiences, develop automated journeys, and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities: Build and maintain Data Cloud audiences, customer segments, and automations for scalable marketing campaigns Validate audience eligibility and campaign functionality through comprehensive QA, monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and support successful campaign execution Required qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and Automation Studio 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or another enterprise Customer Data Platform (CDP) Strong SQL skills with experience in building customer segments and troubleshooting marketing automation issues Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and document technical processes Experience in lifecycle marketing and familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud certifications is preferred
