Campaign Analytics & Reporting Specialist

Are you passionate about turning campaign data into actionable insights? We're looking for a data-driven professional to support a high-performing media team by delivering reporting, campaign analysis, and performance insights across web and mobile paid media campaigns.

• Pay Rate Range - $40-43/HR on W2 NO C2C

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain recurring campaign performance dashboards (Looker, Tableau, or Data Studio)
• Create campaign recaps and reporting using established templates
• Reconcile delivery and spend against media plans
• Monitor live campaign performance and identify trends, risks, or optimization opportunities
• Support ad hoc reporting and insight generation across paid media initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience across channels such as paid social, programmatic, display, and mobile
• Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Kochava, or Adjust
• Strong ability to analyze performance data and explain the "why" behind campaign results
• Solid SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills
• Understanding of key media metrics including Reach, Frequency, CPM, CTR, VTR, and Conversions
• Strong written communication and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI-powered analytics tools
• Experience supporting multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
