Camp Atwater in central Massachusetts is seeking staff who are passionate about youth development, leadership, and mentorship. As a Specialty Instructor or Camp Counselor, you’ll lead arts, sports, outdoor activities, and cultural programs while modeling Black excellence and resilience for campers.
All staff participate in a pre-season orientation, gain hands-on experience, room and board are provided during the camp season, and CORI & SORI background checks are required.
