Post Internship: We've Got Big Plans For You.ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Observe and shadow various business leaders to understand the inner workings of their departments.Participate in professional development sessions with Opportunity College and NFI to prepare for college and the professional working atmosphere.Collect data and organize it into spreadsheets.Review data with leaders to confirm the accuracy.Assist with presentations and reportsProject Assignment may include:Time Study observationsCollecting and Analyzing Data5S/Lean process improvementsEnhanced employee engagement and onboardingVendor evaluations and cost savings recommendationsQualificationsDesired Skill Sets:Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate othersExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsGood reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with MS Office Applications (Outlook, Word and Excel)Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while executing resultsMust be a self-starter who works independently while contributing to the team goalsRequired:Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
