To support the All of Us research program, the part-time remote Call Specialist will conduct outreach, engagement, and enrollment activities to retain participants, while occasionally performing minimal research tasks and coordinating with the research team. Key responsibilities Utilize effective outreach and engagement methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program Identify and screen patients for eligibility, providing them with comprehensive information about the program and answering their questions Conduct daily phone outreach and occasional email communication to inform patients about study activities and schedule appointments Required qualifications Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications Familiarity with public health research concepts and practices Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus Bilingual in Spanish and English, both oral and written, is preferred
