Call Specialist for Research Program

To support the All of Us research program, the part-time Call Specialist for Research Program will conduct outreach, enrollment, and retention activities while working remotely, engaging with patients to provide information and facilitate their participation in research initiatives. Key responsibilities Utilize effective outreach and engagement methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program Identify, screen, and enroll eligible patients in the research program and ancillary studies while answering their questions Conduct daily phone outreach and occasional email communication to inform patients about study activities and schedule appointments Required qualifications Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-related applications Familiarity with public health research concepts and participatory research Bilingual in Spanish and English, both oral and written, is preferred Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
