Job TitleThe role is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of call recording, speech analytics, and Workforce Management (WFM) solutions for the Bank.LocationPennington, NJSalary RangeCompetitive and commensurate with experienceRequired Skills & Qualifications5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting call recording platforms, speech analytics solutions, and WFM systems.Strong foundation in programming fundamentals.Experience with system configuration, integration, and release management.Windows Server administration (expert level).NICE Platform Suite (Call Recording and Speech Analytics).Preferred Skills & Qualifications.NET platform (Windows-based environments).PowerShell scripting.Web application communication protocols (HTTP, SOAP, XML).Application installation, configuration, and support.Linux operating system experience.Workforce Management (WFM) system implementation experience.Performance engineering and monitoring tools.Ability to quickly learn new systems, technologies, and business processes.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation.Solid understanding of computer networking concepts and SQL (basic to intermediate).Experience deploying solutions using formal production delivery and release processes.Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team environment.Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability.Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business and technical requirements to develop accurate technical effort estimates.Collaborate with Project Management to define technical tasks and milestones for inclusion in project plans.Coordinate implementation activities with vendor partners.Install, configure, and update call recording, speech analytics, and WFM systems.Perform unit testing of implemented solutions.Participate in performance testing and tuning activities to ensure application stability and scalability.Provide production support through go-live and stabilization phases.Design and implement monitoring solutions in collaboration with L2 and L3 support teams.Deliver formal documentation and knowledge transfer to production support teams.Company Benefits & CultureComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.401(k) retirement plan with company matching.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Supportive and inclusive company culture.
