Call Center Underwriter

Providing high-quality service to insureds and agents, the full-time remote Call Center Underwriter will manage incoming calls and various servicing functions for small to mid-sized commercial accounts, including renewals, billing inquiries, and policy updates. Key responsibilities Handle incoming calls and service tasks related to policy documents, billing inquiries, renewals, and cancellations Communicate with insureds, agents, and underwriters to confirm policy renewals and provide updates on service requests Process insured-requested cancellations and assist with the reporting process for claims Required qualifications Basic customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with agency management systems Ability to operate standard office equipment such as scanners and copiers No specific licensing required Availability for rotating shifts, including evenings until 8:00 PM ET
