Job Summary

Cogir Senior Living is hiring Call Center Sales Representatives to serve as the first point of contact for potential residents and their families. This fully remote role pays $30/hour plus commission and offers flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll play a key role in responding to inquiries, booking tours, and providing compassionate guidance to families exploring senior living options.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries about senior living communities
• Schedule and confirm tours for prospective residents and families
• Provide detailed information about services, amenities, and accommodations
• Follow up on leads to encourage tours and build client relationships
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with the sales team for seamless communication and lead handoff
• Assist in resolving concerns or questions from potential residents
• Maintain a professional, empathetic demeanor that reflects Cogir’s values

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in sales, marketing, or healthcare is a plus)
• Previous experience in sales or customer service within senior living required
• Strong verbal communication skills and friendly phone presence
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
• Ability to multitask and manage fluctuating call volumes
• Dedicated, quiet, professional workspace with reliable high-speed internet
