Key responsibilities Handle incoming calls and assist clients with inquiries related to healthcare services Maintain compliance with HIPAA privacy rules while managing sensitive information Utilize computer systems and software to document interactions and track case progress Required qualifications Minimum of 1 year of call center experience Experience in the healthcare industry with knowledge of CPT and ICD10 terminology High-speed internet access with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday Must reside in West Virginia and have a private, distraction-free work area
