Position: Call Center Representative

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and provide excellent customer service
• Listen to customers' needs and concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers
• Accurately record and update customer information in the company database
• Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues
• Follow company policies and procedures to achieve customer satisfaction and meet performance targets
• Continuously expand knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further assistance
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Call Center Supervisor

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company
