Key responsibilities Serve as the initial point of contact for USPS employees and providers, demonstrating strong customer service skills Authenticate callers, verify demographics, and complete documentation in compliance with HIPAA and USPS standards Educate providers and members on EAP benefits, providing referrals to ensure timely access to care Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related healthcare field with 1-3 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and data processing Ability to talk and type simultaneously while documenting information over the phone U.S. citizenship for at least 5 years and ability to pass a comprehensive background check Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
