Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 hourly

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Vimo, you will help deliver an outstanding customer experience and support consumers in enrolling in health insurance.

Full‑Time/Seasonal

• $17.00/hr, plus performance incentives
• $19.00/hr for Spanish bilingual, plus performance incentives

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Complete a background check and drug test within 3 days
• Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
• Personal device with functioning camera required for the training period
• Committed to full attendance for paid 3‑week training period
• Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet (cable/fiber broadband required, no mobile or satellite, no Wi‑Fi)

Essential Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound calls
• Deliver the highest level of customer service consistently
• Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
• Application data entry
• Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
• Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
• Creatively solve problems
• Adapt to changing projects and updates
• Manage time and tasks (multitasking and prioritization)
• Complete self‑study, training, and testing; eligibility for proceeding depends on passing required exams
• Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications across all channels

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a call center
