Call Center Outreach Specialist

Serving as the initial point of contact, the part-time hourly Call Center Outreach Specialist will inform potential guests about selected entry forms and present them with complimentary vacation opportunities while working remotely. Key responsibilities Contact potential guests to communicate gifts and vacation opportunities linked to their entry forms Engage with customers to overcome objections and facilitate connections with coordinators for final arrangements Collaborate with the telemarketing team to meet outreach goals and accurately track results in internal systems Required qualifications Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Previous call center experience in a high-volume environment is preferred Proven ability to establish rapport and effectively present information to diverse customers Quick adaptability to technical platforms or new learning systems Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication via telephone and in-person interactions
