Key responsibilities: Contact blood donors using a dialer system to recruit for blood donation and update records as needed Schedule appointments and provide a positive service experience to maximize donor show rates Maintain daily production standards for calls and appointments to meet collection goals Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required Minimum one year of related experience in telemarketing, customer service, or call center Proficient in using multiple computer applications simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Ability to commit to a specified schedule and 90 days of uninterrupted employment Prior sales or negotiation experience is a plus
