Call Campaign SpecialistSummit Spine and Joint Centers (SSJC) is on track to become the largest comprehensive spine and joint care provider in the state of Georgia while providing clinical, surgical and imaging services to our patients. We are seeking a full-time Call Campaign Specialist to join our team of administrative staff and provide exceptional patient care!Responsibilities:Implement special call campaign projects, contacting patients from various prepared call lists to coordinate servicesCoordinate and implement specialized call structures based upon the specific patient subset for an individual listMaintaining vocal composure while providing the exemplary customer service, assisting patients with any questions or concerns in regards to their treatmentAnswering and directing calls to respective departmentsScheduling/rescheduling patients depending on need, availability and urgencyInforming callers about our providers, service and practice locationsAssist and navigate patients to the correct facilities using mapping resourcesUpdating patient information on electronic medical records systemTranslate and assist patients by addressing needs, if bilingualFollow all company policies on patient services standardsQualifications:Must be personable and detail oriented as a representative of the practice while callers rely on proper informationExcellent verbal and written skills for proper documentation of encountersWork well under pressure in a fast pace environmentBackground in using EMR software preferredBilingual candidates encouraged1 year of call center experience preferredPrior experience with call campaign projects preferred
