California Workforce Development Coordinator

Supporting the Career Catalyst program, the full-time remote California Workforce Development Coordinator will manage hiring, payroll processes, and client onboarding while ensuring a smooth experience for employees engaged in work-based learning opportunities. Key responsibilities Facilitate high-volume client onboarding, offboarding, and I-9 verifications for the Career Catalyst employer of record services Respond to client and employee inquiries through email or ticketing systems in a professional manner Support the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including auditing employee progress and ensuring HR compliance Required qualifications Minimum of two years of experience in business administration, human resources, or program coordination Proven track record in customer service Familiarity with human resources hiring, payroll, and termination processes Experience with Salesforce and/or Workday or comparable HRIS platforms is preferred Experience in an education or non-profit environment is preferred
