California Workers' Compensation Adjuster

Managing a caseload of California workers' compensation indemnity cases, the full-time salaried Workers' Compensation Lost Time Adjuster will handle claims from inception to resolution while providing excellent customer service remotely. Key Responsibilities Conduct investigations to determine AOE/COE and maintain communication with involved parties Establish and maintain accurate reserves and authorize medical care and indemnity benefits Determine settlement values and move cases towards appropriate closure Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field California Workers' Compensation experience is required WCCA or WCCP designation preferred Self-Insured License preferred Multiple years' experience handling Workers' Compensation claims, including indemnity and legal claims
