Managing the loan administration process, the full-time California SBA Loan Administrator will review loan application files, ensure compliance with SBA guidelines, and coordinate closing timelines while working onsite. Key Responsibilities Reviews loan application files for completeness and adherence to SBA standards Manages the preparation and submission of SBA loan packages and compliance documentation Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely loan closings Required Qualifications 5+ years of SBA loan administration and/or loan processing experience Demonstrated experience with SBA 7(a) and 504 loans Working knowledge of LaserPro Loan Documentation Software Experience preparing and reviewing attorney-prepared loan documents Strong knowledge of business entity structures and collateral perfection requirements
