To support the Business Development and Marketing team, the full-time California Proposal Specialist will prepare and manage proposals for capital public works projects and government agencies, ensuring compliance and quality in a fully remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Schedules and documents proposal kick-off and review milestones according to best practices Performs detailed analysis of RFP requirements and coordinates tasks for the proposal team Reviews and edits technical sections of proposals, ensuring adherence to internal quality control objectives Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, business, or a related technical/scientific field Minimum of 3 years of prior proposal experience with increasing responsibility Experience with RFP responses and technical writing Exposure to architectural, engineering, design, or construction management services High competency in MS applications and Adobe Creative Suite
