To support the mission of enhancing California Community Colleges, the full-time remote California Program Specialist in Technology Solutions will manage day-to-day program delivery and account management for the Program Pathways Mapper, developing expertise in the product and maintaining relationships with college stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of their engagement. Key responsibilities Serve as an Account Manager for assigned colleges, overseeing relationships from initial inquiry through ongoing support Develop deep expertise in the Program Pathways Mapper to effectively support users and facilitate product improvements Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to address needs, provide training, and communicate feedback to internal teams Required qualifications Relevant BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in program support or coordination Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, and collaboration tools Experience with Atlassian products, particularly JIRA for task tracking Ability to develop deep product knowledge and serve as a resource for assigned accounts
