Independently managing multi-state payroll operations, the full-time Senior Payroll Administrator will oversee end-to-end payroll processes, serve as the subject matter expert for payroll systems, and drive benefits administration, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Overseeing and processing bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and off-cycle payroll operations to ensure accuracy and compliance Directing system configuration and reporting as the ADP Workforce Now Super User, while implementing improvements to payroll functionality Managing payroll tax compliance and reporting, including jurisdiction setup and timely remittance of filings Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree 7 years of experience in payroll administration, with at least 5 years focused on California payroll 3 years of experience as an advanced or Super User in ADP Workforce Now Experience with 401(k) retirement plans and payroll-related benefit deductions Knowledge of payroll-related compliance activities, including EEO-1 reporting and Form 5500
