California Patient Care Coordinator

Joining a global Patient Experience team, the remote California Patient Care Coordinator will manage patient interactions through scheduling, medication refills, and lab coordination while ensuring a personalized and supportive experience. Key responsibilities Answer calls, texts, and emails in English and Spanish with empathy and accuracy Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars while following up with patients Coordinate lab orders, prescription refills, and external referrals, maintaining patient information in the EHR system Required qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) 1+ year of experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination Tech-savvy with experience using EHR systems and communication platforms Familiarity with US healthcare operations and HIPAA privacy standards (preferred) Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
