Consilio’s Lawyers On Demand team is seeking a California-licensed Litigation Attorney for a fully remote, full-time contract opportunity supporting a nationally recognized plaintiff-side personal injury firm handling large, complex class-style litigation matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior litigator to gain hands‑on experience working on large cases involving hundreds of plaintiffs, while collaborating with an experienced litigation team. The assignment is expected to last at least one year, with potential for longer‑term work if it’s a strong fit.
- Duration: 1 year+
- Location: Fully Remote
- Schedule: Full‑time; must be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours
- Annualized Equivalent: Approximately $150K+
Responsibilities
- Prepare for, conduct, and defend plaintiff depositions (primarily via Zoom)
- Support litigation involving large groups of plaintiffs in complex matters
- Work closely with litigation teams on case preparation and discovery
- Maintain strong communication and responsiveness with team members
Requirements
- At least 1 year of plaintiff-side litigation experience , specifically involving toxic tort, property damage, product liability, or similar claims
- Deposition experience (preparing, taking, or defending)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and responsiveness
- Collaborative team‑player mindset
