Overseeing the implementation of treasury management solutions, the full-time salaried California Licensed Treasury Manager will lead the Treasury Management and Wire Operations Teams, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional member service while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Lead and develop the Treasury Management Implementation and Wire Processing Operations Teams, focusing on performance and compliance Collaborate with senior management to implement new programs and improve operational workflows Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to service level agreements and compliance standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; relevant certifications such as Certified Payments Professional or NACHA certification are preferred 5-7 years of experience in payment operations, specifically with treasury management solutions 5+ years of experience in leading and managing teams with a focus on performance coaching In-depth knowledge of ACH processing rules, NACHA regulations, and compliance with federal laws Strong analytical skills with the ability to implement operational improvements effectively
