Leading training initiatives, the full-time California Licensed Training Manager will manage the design, development, and delivery of learning solutions to enhance employee performance and operational readiness in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Oversee the planning and execution of various training programs, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational goals Ensure facilitators are prepared and certified to deliver high-quality training experiences while monitoring classroom effectiveness Evaluate training outcomes and recommend interventions to improve knowledge and operational performance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or related fields Demonstrated experience in leading training execution and coaching team members Experience with various learning delivery methods in complex environments Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and learning technologies
