To support a growing practice, the remote California Licensed Therapist - Children will provide virtual psychotherapy to children and adolescents, assess their mental health needs, and develop individualized treatment plans while maintaining a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week as a 1099 independent contractor. Key responsibilities Provide virtual psychotherapy to children and adolescents Assess developmental, behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs Develop age-appropriate individualized treatment plans and collaborate with parents or caregivers when clinically appropriate Required qualifications Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD)) Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms Passion for providing culturally responsive, client-centered care Ability to maintain a minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability
