To support injured workers remotely, the Telephonic Nurse Case Manager (California Licensed) will assess the needs of individuals with work-related injuries and collaborate with healthcare providers to develop effective treatment plans, requiring a current California RN license and residence outside California. Key responsibilities Deliver tailored case management for individuals with work-related injuries Collaborate with physicians and claims adjusters on efficient, budget-conscious treatment strategies Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the key link between patients and their healthcare providers Required qualifications Current California RN license and active compact RN license in another state Residence outside of California ASN or higher nursing degree Clinical experience, ideally in ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, or Neurology Workers' compensation case management experience (preferred)
