To assist injured workers in receiving appropriate medical care, the part-time California Licensed Telephonic Nurse Case Manager will manage case evaluations, coordinate treatment plans, and communicate with various stakeholders while working remotely for 20-25 hours per week. Key responsibilities Conduct nursing evaluations and assess the needs of injured workers Coordinate communication between medical providers, employers, and injured workers Implement and monitor comprehensive care plans based on evaluations and treatment options Required qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing 3-5 years of clinical experience as an RN Valid California RN license in good standing Bilingual in Spanish preferred Experience in Case Management or Workers' Compensation preferred but not required
