To support a growing team, the full-time California Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will manage treatment plans for injured individuals, collaborating with healthcare providers and employers to facilitate effective recovery and return to work, all while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Key responsibilities Collaborate with treating physicians and employers to create and implement tailored treatment plans for injured or disabled individuals Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness and individual improvement Independently manage a portfolio of cases, prioritizing workload and preparing status updates for customers Required qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing, with a Compact license required Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field 2+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC) Reliable internet access for remote work
