Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the California Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement treatment plans for injured or disabled individuals, ensuring effective healthcare services and facilitating their return to work. Key responsibilities Manage case loads by assessing recovery progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary Collaborate with physicians and employers to develop tailored treatment plans and modify job duties for early return to work Conduct interviews with disabled individuals to evaluate their conditions and recovery status Required qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California and a Compact RN license Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC) Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
