Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the California Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement treatment plans for injured or disabled individuals, ensuring appropriate healthcare services and facilitating their return to work. Key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of cases by assessing recovery and modifying treatment plans based on individual progress Collaborate with treating physicians and utilize resources to develop tailored treatment plans for patients Advocate for modifications in job duties to support early return to work for injured individuals Required qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California or Compact RN license required Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field 2+ years of clinical practice experience preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS) is preferred Proficient in basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook Email
