Key responsibilities Run full-cycle recruiting, managing open roles from job posting through offer acceptance Proactively source candidates, particularly for specialized and hard-to-fill positions Support the development of recruiting systems and metrics to track performance and improve processes Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting Proven success in headhunting for specialized roles using cold outreach methods Experience with Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Strong track record of enhancing candidate and hiring manager experiences Familiarity with recruiting for licensed or credentialed professional roles is a plus
