Providing frontline technical support, the full-time California Licensed Systems Technician will manage client inquiries related to personal computers, printers, Microsoft 365, and basic connectivity issues, working both remotely and onsite as needed. Key responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for client support requests, managing and documenting inquiries through various channels Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently while escalating complex problems to appropriate team members Maintain accurate service ticket documentation and contribute to a positive client experience through excellent customer service Required qualifications: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience in technical support or related IT support roles Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Professional Certificate, or Microsoft Fundamentals certifications preferred Experience supporting Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications Valid driver's license and willingness to provide onsite support when required
