To support the Aerospace Systems Technical Research and Operations Services (ASTROS) program, the full-time California Licensed Subcontracts Manager will oversee subcontracting and procurement activities, manage a team, ensure compliance with federal regulations, and engage with cross-functional teams, while working remotely with flexibility for onsite requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of subcontract and procurement professionals, ensuring timely and compliant execution of requirements Oversee the full lifecycle of subcontracts, including planning, negotiation, award, and administration Ensure compliance with ASRC Federal's purchasing system and federal regulations, while providing strategic guidance to program management Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, contracts, engineering, or related field; master's preferred 8+ years of experience in federal subcontract management for complex technical programs Strong expertise with FAR, DFARS, and CPSR requirements Proven experience in negotiating high-value subcontract agreements US citizenship is required to support this contract
