To support Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy through data analysis and business insights, the full-time California Licensed Strategy Analyst will drive operational excellence and compliance readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Conduct complex analyses to identify risks and opportunities, driving actionable insights for strategic decision-making Manage projects and programs by developing proposals, establishing objectives, and ensuring alignment with business strategies Facilitate process improvement efforts to enhance ROI, service quality, and operational effectiveness across initiatives Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or a related field Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, consulting, or strategy development At least two (2) years of experience in a leadership role Minimum seven (7) years of experience in strategic planning or execution of large-scope strategic projects Experience in a large matrixed organization is preferred
