To support a modern approach to sleep apnea care, the part-time California Licensed Sleep Technologist will initiate and monitor PAP therapy, provide hands-on patient support, and troubleshoot equipment issues in a patient-centered environment. Key responsibilities Initiate PAP therapy and monitor patient adherence according to company policy Provide ongoing support and education to patients throughout their treatment journey Troubleshoot PAP devices and assist with equipment issues as they arise Required qualifications Holds an RPSGT credential or is a Registered Respiratory Therapist with relevant certification Must be certified, registered, or licensed to practice in California Experience with EMR/EHR systems or database management Ability to effectively communicate and organize patient care activities Genuine passion for patient care and improving healthcare access and outcomes
