To support credit administration activities across various lending programs, the full-time California Licensed Senior Credit Administrator will develop and maintain a comprehensive credit training program, manage competency frameworks, and partner with multiple teams to ensure compliance and effective training delivery in a remote or hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Design and implement a formal credit training program covering various lending products Develop a competency matrix and assess organizational credit capabilities to identify training gaps Coordinate training updates and maintain training records for compliance and audit purposes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration 7-10 years of experience in credit administration, underwriting, and portfolio management Strong background in SBA and conventional commercial lending Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience Proven ability to develop and improve credit policies and training programs
