California Licensed Senior Category Manager

To support strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives in the utilities sector, the full-time California Licensed Senior Category Manager will manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and develop sourcing strategies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage the development, issuance, and evaluation of RFXs and vendor management processes Negotiate major contracts and influence senior leadership on sourcing strategies Oversee supplier relationship management and scorecard processes to ensure performance standards are met Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a job-related discipline or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, contracts, and negotiation Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams Knowledge of database and information systems such as SAP and ERP Preferred certifications: CPSM or LSS certification
