California Licensed RN - Night Shift

Seeking a California Licensed RN for a part-time night shift position from 7 PM to 11:30 PM PST, the Hospital Care at Home RN will provide high-quality patient care remotely, utilizing critical thinking and assessment skills for acute care patient populations. Key responsibilities Utilizing monitoring and assessment skills to care for acute care patients in the home setting Conducting home and audio/visual patient care visits as directed by the care team Implementing patient care plans efficiently while adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards Required qualifications Active, unencumbered California state RN license Minimum of three years of RN experience, preferably in Med/Surg or inpatient settings RN Compact (multi-state) license preferred Willingness to obtain required certifications and participate in ongoing education Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and collaborate effectively with team members
