Providing virtual respiratory support, the full-time California Licensed Respiratory Therapist will deliver high-quality care and education to patients nationwide, troubleshoot respiratory equipment, and collaborate with clinical teams, all from a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Provide virtual respiratory support and education to patients and caregivers Troubleshoot respiratory equipment remotely, including CPAP, BiPAP, and ventilators Document patient interactions accurately and collaborate with internal teams Required qualifications Active Respiratory Therapist (RT) license in either Florida (FL) or Texas (TX) is mandatory Willingness to obtain and maintain multiple state licenses over time Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Strong communication and telehealth engagement skills Ability to teach and explain clinical concepts clearly
