California Licensed Respiratory Specialist

To support patients receiving Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) therapy, the full-time California Licensed Respiratory Specialist will coordinate equipment set-ups, provide customer support, and ensure compliance with healthcare documentation and insurance requirements in Modesto, CA. Key responsibilities Coordinate PAP equipment set-up appointments and provide patient education on equipment usage and maintenance Accurately document patient information and maintain compliance with insurance guidelines and company standards Collaborate with healthcare providers and branch teams to ensure timely service delivery and operational support Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum one (1) year of experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or related fields Experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or sleep therapy services preferred Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance guidelines related to PAP therapy Completion of a state-approved training program on medical device distribution and handling standards
