California Licensed Remote Therapist

To support a nationwide virtual practice focused on mental healthcare for older adults, a full-time California Licensed Remote Therapist will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, design personalized treatment plans, and work collaboratively with a supportive care team in a fully remote setting. Key responsibilities Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient Manage documentation efficiently using streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools Required qualifications Active, independent California clinical license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or equivalent Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records Medicare billing experience a plus
