To support the Medicare Advantage STAR Program, the full-time California Licensed Quality Analyst will analyze performance data, manage quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with CMS STAR rating goals while working remotely. Key responsibilities Monitor and analyze STAR measure performance for various metrics including HEDIS and CAHPS Conduct root-cause analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend targeted interventions Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement quality improvement strategies Required qualifications Experience as a Senior Quality Analyst within a health plan or healthcare organization Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred Strong knowledge of CMS STAR Ratings methodology and related quality programs Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau Familiarity with claims, encounter, and EMR data
