To provide virtual consultations to patients in need of expert care, the part-time California Licensed Psychiatrist will work remotely on a PRN basis, handling acute cases primarily in emergency department environments during flexible shifts. Key responsibilities Conduct virtual psychiatric consultations and assessments for patients Manage acute psychiatric cases with a focus on emergency department settings Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Required qualifications MD or DO degree is required At least 2 years of experience in psychiatry Board eligible in psychiatry is required Board certified in psychiatry must be obtained within 5 years of start date A valid California state license is required
