Driving internal AI security initiatives, the full-time California Licensed Principal Security Engineer will architect security strategies for AI adoption, lead threat modeling efforts, and ensure the implementation of secure practices across the organization while working remotely. Key responsibilities Architect the security framework for internal AI tools and technologies Drive execution excellence by ensuring production-grade outcomes in security implementations Lead AI threat modeling to address complex internal AI security challenges Required qualifications 15+ years of experience in security engineering with a focus on AI-specific threats 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of managing complex system architecture Proven ability to set technical direction across multiple security domains Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making Clear communication skills and a strong learning orientation in a rapidly changing field
