Providing skilled nursing telephone triage for participants experiencing medical concerns, the full-time California Licensed Phone Triage RN will collaborate with clinic staff to assess, prioritize, and route calls while ensuring exceptional patient care in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Triages participant and caregiver phone calls to determine priority of care and routes them accordingly Completes all required clinical documentation in the electronic medical record and communicates with the provider on call Provides health education and clinical guidance to participants, families, and caregivers as needed Required qualifications Associate degree in nursing Current California AND Compact Registered Nurses License High-speed Internet access
